🎓MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I received my Associates of Arts in Psychology at Normandale Community College then Bachelors in psychology at Augsburg University. I am trained in brain spotting.

Hi!! My name is Skye and I believe each person in this world is an expert in their own life and you have permission to be human, imperfect, and vulnerable without shame, judgment, or guilt. I see therapy as a collaborative, liberatory practice for us to discover, understand, nurture, and develop your authentic stories and selves. I dream of co-creating a space where you feel like your full self can come through and shine while also doing the necessary work in therapy. I will also be myself in session, swearing included.

My therapy style is centered in Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am also a Brain Spotting practitioner. As a fat, queer, disabled, neurodivergent, witchy, anti-capitalist person, my approach to this work is continuously informed by my values in anti-racism, anti-capitalism, queer and intersectional feminist theory, fat liberation, and disability justice. Our work together will be trauma-informed, collaborative, sex-positive, and systemic in its approach.

I am a recent graduate of St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Augsburg University. At home and in my free time, I love going to concerts, spending time with my cats, learning about crystals and herbs, and watching anime.
